1. Our aim
Rate My Instructor aims to make the app and website clear, readable and usable for as many people as reasonably possible, including users who need a simple, low-pressure interface.
2. Current approach
The service uses visible labels, clear headings, plain language, large tap targets, mobile-responsive layouts and straightforward review, purchase and reporting flows.
3. Ongoing work
We continue to review screen-reader labels, colour contrast, text scaling, focus order, keyboard behaviour, motion, common iOS and Android devices and website keyboard navigation. Some third-party map, store and payment interfaces are controlled by their respective providers.
4. Feedback
If a feature is difficult to use, contact hello@ratemyinstructor.co.uk with the device, operating system, screen and problem encountered. We will consider reasonable improvements and alternative support where practicable.
